ARE you a Regular ARTA member in good standing? The Branch Initiative Grant is intended to be used at the Branch level for NEW programs or activities or new pilot projects not currently provided by existing ARTA services. The key elements to consider are new activities or programs large or small that will attract new members or enhance the experience of current members of your branch. This latest scam is pretty slick since they provide YOU with all the information, except the one piece they want. Note, the callers do not ask for your card number; they already have it. This information is worth reading. By understanding how the Visa and MasterCard telephone credit card scam works, you will be better prepared to protect yourself.
