OVERVIEW

Beginning in 1995, ARTA's Insurance (Benefits) Committee has secured voluntary insurance benefits plans for all ARTA members. ARTA's Benefits Program includes its Group Extended Health Care Plan with optional Travel Emergency Medical (including Trip Cancellation) and its Group Dental Plan. It also provided for individual Long Term Care, Life and Home and/or Auto Insurance.
These insurance plans are available to members, affiliate members and their dependents residing in Canada. Johnson Inc. is the agent, consultant, administrator and claims payer for all these plans.

Important- 60 day Enrollment Window
When enrolling in ARTA's Health Plan, your acceptance will be guaranteed without a medical exam provided you apply for coverage before, or within, 60 days of leaving another group insurance plan.

Apply early! It is a good idea to apply a little before your existing group benefits plan terminates so that everything is in place when you need it.

Late Entrants If you miss the 60 day enrolment window you may still qualify for enrolment in ARTA's plans but you will have to provide medical evidence. Contact Johnson Inc for details.
