As a member of our RespectED team, this dynamic individual will plan, adapt and facilitate Red Cross RespectED youth presentations and/or professional workshops. Delivers presentations to adult and youth audiences in all RespectED programs; tailors presentations to meet needs of the client.
Plans, implements, delivers, monitors and evaluates RespectED Prevention Educator and bullying Youth Facilitator training; offers on-going support and coaching and assists in the creation of the resource and support materials needed.
Promotes, markets and communicates the RespectED program and services to the community.

As a member of the RespectED team, a Master Trainer demonstrates the highest level of proficiency in facilitation and mentoring skills in a variety of settings: online, face-to-face and a combination of technologies with youth, adults, and professional associations. These qualities are utilized through-out the Province of Alberta with a specific focus on developing programs in the rural communities outside of Calgary and Edmonton.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops effective program outreach and delivery to rural communities and networks with regions and community resources in order to foster opportunities for service delivery partnerships; includes Child Protection Services, advocacy groups, inter-agency committees, school boards, and community organizations.
Plans, implements, delivers, monitors and evaluates RespectED training requirements for staff, volunteers and partner delivery models ensuring quality program delivery meets community needs and outcome measures.
Acts as a technical resource for training content and learner support issues for the Province of Alberta.
Provides and maintains fund development strategies, proposal writing and outcome measures reporting that ensures program sustainability and accountability for rural communities.
Provides business development leadership for RespectED programming.

Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers Nisku, Alberta sale site is looking for great people who'd like to join the excitement of our auction business as
part-time Customer Service Representatives. We'd like to put you to work registering bidders, answering inquiries, processing payments and other sale day activities. Training will be provided.
This is on-going, part-time work and applicants should be available to join the crew for each of the six scheduled sales per calendar year at our Nisku, Alberta location. Time commitment will involve as a minimum the day before sale, 3 to 4 days of the sale, as well as the day after sale. Hours will typically be much longer than 8 hours per day.
The Requirements
Previous work experience dealing directly with customers is preferred.

Unique Volunteer Opportunity
The Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital in Edmonton needs former teachers to help present a unique program that raises awareness for grade three students about children with disabilities. The program is called Kids on the Block and features puppets that have various disabilities. Kids on the Block volunteers present short puppet shows to schools in the Edmonton area. Volunteer puppeteers are required.
